At Koerner Distributor, Inc. we have our own philosophy about what sets our company apart and sets the standard from which others are judged. We believe that we must provide our customers with a combination of five things they cannot get anywhere else: the quality products they want; the dependable services they expect; the sharing of ideas they need to promote sales; the competitive pricing they deserve; and our strong passion to insure our partnership grows.
We laid the foundation of Koerner Distributor, Inc. on this concept and have been building our company and reputation on it ever since. We knew then - as we know now - that the only way the company was going to succeed was by completely satisfying our customer. We have succeeded!
As we are in our third decade of business, we find that our philosophy of putting the customer first still holds true. We will continue our commitment to excellent products, service, and our customers to remain a most successful distributor.
Today, we serve a solid client base of more than 3,000 accounts in 47 counties in central and southern Illinois. We remain an independent, family owned organization. This market is our only market, and we treat it as such. However, we have forged strategic alliances with other Illinois distributors to produce "statewide" distribution coverage. We feel strongly that our network of independent distributors provides the most effective coverage in the state of Illinois as our vertical call coverage and service policies are unequalled. Tomorrow will find us expanding and adapting to meet our customers' ever-changing needs.
